Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between ООО «Венера» (“we”, “us”) and any person (“you”, the “User”) using the Kadrix service available at https://kadrix.pro, including the dashboard, the API and the Telegram bot (the “Service”). The Russian version of this document prevails in case of discrepancies.
By signing up for or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Subscription Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.
1. What the Service is
1.1. The Service is a set of software tools for finding topics, planning, producing and publishing content: cutting videos, creating videos from articles and templates, digital presenter videos, articles, captions, scheduling and automatic publishing to third-party platforms, and collecting statistics.
1.2. The Service is a tool. We are not the author, editor, distributor or advertising distributor of materials you create and publish with the Service, and we do not review such materials in advance.
1.3. Some features rely on machine-learning technologies. Their output (texts, images, voice-over, video, moment selections, recommendations) may contain inaccuracies and errors. You must review output before publishing.
2. Account and access
2.1. You need an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys confidential.
2.2. All actions taken with your account, API keys or linked Telegram account are deemed to be yours. Report unauthorised access to support@kadrix.pro.
2.3. The workspace owner invites members and assigns roles and is responsible for members’ actions.
3. Responsibility for content
3.1. You bear sole and full responsibility for all content you upload, create, approve and publish with the Service — texts, videos, images, voice-over, descriptions, hashtags, warnings and ad labels — and for the consequences of publishing it.
3.2. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to uploaded materials and sources (video, music, images, fonts, logos, texts, links to third-party posts) and the consent of people shown or mentioned in them, and that using these materials through the Service does not infringe third-party rights.
3.3. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable law, including advertising, consumer protection, personal data, healthcare and financial markets law, and with advertising labelling and reporting requirements.
3.4. Ad marking. If material is an advertisement, you obtain the ad identifier (ERID in Russia), specify the advertiser and label text in the relevant fields. The Service passes this data into the video and description exactly as you entered it and does not check its accuracy, completeness or whether marking is required.
3.5. Mandatory warnings. Warnings (disclaimers), including medical, financial and others, are added to materials only if you enable them in the project settings and write or approve their text. The Service may suggest template text purely as a hint; all warnings are off by default. Whether a warning is needed, its wording, duration and placement are your responsibility. Every change to warnings is logged.
3.6. Synthetic content disclosure. Disclosing that material was created or altered with generative technologies (digital presenter, synthetic voice, generated video) is your responsibility. Where a platform supports such a label, the Service passes the flag you set.
3.7. You comply with the rules of the platforms where content is published (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, VK, RuTube, Telegram and others), including rules on advertising, copyright, synthetic content and spam. Blocking, reduced reach or removal by a platform is not a breach on our part.
3.8. By default, materials are published only after your approval. By enabling automatic approval you accept the risk of publishing materials without prior review.
4. Acceptable use
4.1. You may not use the Service to create or distribute:
- illegal content, including extremist content or content promoting violence, drugs, suicide or discrimination;
- content infringing copyright, related rights, trademarks or a person’s right to their image;
- misleading content, including passing synthetic content off as real statements of specific people without their consent;
- unfair or false advertising, spam or fraud;
- sexual content involving minors or any content harmful to children.
4.2. You may not attempt unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or data, circumvent plan limits, launch load attacks or use the Service to collect other people’s personal data.
4.3. If you breach this section we may suspend jobs, publishing or account access and remove the relevant materials, notifying you.
5. Third-party platforms
5.1. Publishing and statistics use third-party platform APIs with the access you grant when connecting an account. You can revoke access at any time in the Service or in the platform’s settings.
5.2. Platforms may change their APIs, limits and app review requirements. Some features (such as public publishing on a given platform) may then be temporarily limited. We show connection status in the dashboard but do not guarantee the availability of third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. We or our licensors own the Service software, design, templates and interface texts.
6.2. You (or your licensors) keep the rights to materials you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive right to process, store, transform and transmit them solely as needed to provide the Service to you.
6.3. Results created with the Service on your instructions belong to you to the extent permitted by law. Templates, library music and stock materials are used under their licences; you are responsible for complying with them when publishing.
7. Data retention
7.1. Source uploads are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically. The fragments used in videos are kept before deletion. Unapproved drafts are kept for 30 days and rejected videos for 7 days. Published videos are kept for up to 1 month after publication unless you delete them earlier; videos pinned to the archive or still awaiting publication or evergreen re-posts are kept until unpinned (within the storage quota); after that only the video file is removed — the cover, texts, post links and statistics are kept.
7.2. After an account or workspace is deleted, data is erased within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment documents) and the consent log related to your responsibility.
7.3. You are responsible for keeping backups of important materials.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The Service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor any particular results (views, reach, sales).
8.2. We are not liable for the content of your materials, for missing or incorrect warnings or ad labels, for platform decisions to block or limit materials, for third-party claims related to your materials, or for lost profits and indirect damages.
8.3. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.
8.4. You will indemnify us for losses, fines and costs arising from third-party or regulatory claims caused by your materials or your breach of these Terms.
9. Changes and termination
9.1. We may change these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. We notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 10 days before they take effect.
9.2. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Payment and refund terms are set out in the Subscription Agreement.
9.3. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts at our registered location unless the law provides otherwise. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
