Project and brand style
How to describe your project so copy and trends hit the mark, and how to set up logo, colours, font, subtitles, intro and outro.
Brand style is configured once per project and applied to everything the service produces: shorts, article videos, avatar videos and motion templates. Getting it right saves dozens of edits later.
Project description
In “Settings → General” fill in the fields that drive everything text-related:
- Niche. Who you are, who you speak to and what about. Not “medicine” but “paediatric dentistry: we explain to parents how to prepare a child for a visit and care for baby teeth”.
- Description. What sets you apart, which services or products you promote, what you never say.
- Tone of voice (in “Brand”). A couple of sentences about your brand voice: “calm and to the point, no exclamation marks”.
- Always-on hashtags — added to every post.
Tip: reread the description as a new employee would. If it tells you which video you would never publish, it is specific enough.
Logo and watermark
Upload two versions of your logo: for dark and light backgrounds. The service picks the right one depending on the scene.
The watermark is enabled separately: set the position (usually top right) and opacity. The bottom and right parts of the frame are covered by buttons and captions on most platforms — the service respects safe zones, but a small logo is still best placed at the top.
Colours and font
- Primary colour — accents, banners, highlighted word in subtitles.
- Secondary — supporting elements and charts in motion templates.
- Text and background colours — for titles and cards.
Pick a font from the built-in library (all support Cyrillic) or upload your own. If you upload a font, make sure its licence allows use in video.
Subtitle style
Subtitles are the most visible part of a short video: most viewers watch with the sound off. The library offers several styles — large with the spoken word highlighted, boxed, minimal. For each you can override size, text colour, highlight colour and position (bottom, centre or top).
A good rule: no more than 2 lines and 5–7 words on screen at once. The service splits phrases itself, following pauses in speech.
Banner, intro and outro
- Banner — a persistent label at the top of the frame: series name, website, expert’s name.
- Intro — a short logo animation at the start. For shorts it is better left off: the first seconds should hook with content.
- Outro — a call-to-action card at the end: “Book a consultation”, “Link in bio”. Set the text in the “Outro text” field.
Filter and music
A filter evens out colour between clips shot in different conditions. “Natural” suits almost everyone; warm and contrast presets suit lifestyle and food.
Music comes from the library by mood, can be generated, or you can upload your own. The default volume is 12%, so speech stays clear. For music you upload, you are responsible for usage rights.
Voice and presenter
If you plan article videos and avatar videos, choose a default voice and digital presenter. You can change them in each job, but a consistent voice helps your audience recognise the brand.
Checking the settings
After changing settings, run a short cut of 2–3 clips or the “Title card” motion template — the quickest way to see the whole style. Brand settings do not change finished videos: to apply the new style to them, use “Redo → Subtitles” or “Redo → Filter”.
Next steps
- Cutting long videos into shorts
- Warnings and ad marking — if your niche requires them, set them up before your first posts.
